My name is James Dacey, I ‘am the owner of James Dacey - Personal Training. Health, fitness and helping others has been my passion ever since I first walked into a gym. Since then I have turned my ever increasing passion into a career and went on to study numerous academic qualifications to help increase both my personal and professional skill set, knowledge and abilities. Through years of education, an array of experiences and by consistently investing in both my professional and personal development, I can now offer and deliver one of the most effective, enjoyable and client focused personal training services available.
I became a personal trainer when I just 18, which was then and still is to this day, a dream come true for me. I wanted to become a personal trainer for one key reason, and that is to help people not only look amazing but to also feel empowered, confident and happy in their own skin. I take great satisfaction, pride and gratitude each day knowing that I ‘am in a position where I can make a real difference to people’s lives, whether that be physically through weight loss, fat loss and body shape change, or by helping someone regain their confidence, self-happiness, and ability to enjoy life to the full again.
I know first-hand how difficult it is to take the first step towards the new you. I myself was significantly overweight, had no self-confidence, and led a very sedentary, unhappy and self-destructive lifestyle. I found out first-hand how having a personal trainer guide, support and empower you through your journey to the new you is literally the difference between success & failure.
